Heather And Josh Romantic Session – Charleston South Carolina Engagement Photographer
I love winter tall grass in Charleston SC! This spot is right by where I live. As a photographer, I notice surroundings all the time, and always think how this will look through my favorite lens. I was driving by this tall grass for a couple of months, and every time I drove by I thought that will be a nice earthy background for a romantic engagement session. This is the type of location where I have to say to my clients “trust me, it’s going to look great”. Nothing pretty about this place to a regular person’s eye, but perfect for my shooting style and will look great on the photos. Spring came early in Charleston this year and this brownish grass will not be there long. Neutrals are my favorite colors, they are harmonic not distracting and compliment models very well. Heather and Josh live in the neighborhood and they are engaged. They are a sweet couple and a perfect match, I could feel their love for each other. Photographing couples like this one is a pure pleasure. They are so natural and It was so easy to work with them so we were done quickly. Session was scheduled 30 minutes before the sunset (my favorite time of the day to shoot on a sunny weather) and we could take few night time images as well after the sunset, but we didn’t get to lucky to see sun that evening it was chilly and overcast. Fortunately, nothing could stop these two from being super cute and snuggly. They romantic session is turned out great we did capture some lovely nature inspired photos.
